Summary FINE

Assessor HR

Notes Book is structurally fine with some more severe wear and tear to the front of the book. The leather on the spine is well worn and has begun to tear and split exposing the binding and the stitching. Some natural scuffing to the edges through use and some general discolouration on the front cover, spine and rear cover. On the rear is some exposed cardboard (top left corner) and some exposed carboard at the bottom of the spine. There is some tearing (exposing white) in the internal cover (green floral paper) and a name and address label has at some point being crudely glued in. Some general yellowing to the pages, especially around the edges.
