Summary POOR-FINE

Assessor HR

Notes Notebook cover is made from cardboard and covered in an embossed paper covering. It is decorated to the front but shows significant wear and damage to the binding (revealing the cardboard underneath). The front cover shows various creases, scuffs and marks but is generally readable. The internal pages which are bound together using staples have come away entirely from the cover. The pages show some yellowing and spotting. The edges of all the pages are red. Some internal pages have been torn at the stapled binding edge. Some pages have also been intentionally torn or cut, presumably at the time by DSS.
