Notes Pencil and ink on blue paper. The paper has begun to tear around the creasing from being folded. The tears are significant enough to leave the document very vulnerable to coming apart. The document is also very discoloured in places, potentially foxing or other mildew/mould problem at one point. This presents as off-white/yellowing patches/blooms across the page (both sides).
