Notes Paper document that is severely yellowed with significant foxing throughout. The front and back cover are more severely discoloured than the inner pages. The fold that keeps the booklet together is only barely holding, with the pages been held together by a very slight fold. The edges of the pages are very weak and tatty, with various tears and folds on every page.
