Summary POOR

Assessor HR

Notes The drum is in very poor condition. The skin, rope and one stretcher missing. The stretcher that remains is loose and needs reattaching. The paint work is cracked and water damaged in places. The surface will also need a good clean as there is a lot of soiling. Paintwork is also chipped in some areas (mainly around the edge missing the stretcher).
