Summary Bad/Fair

Assessor Troy Wibberley

Notes Envelope itself is in poor condition, was likely deliberately torn open. Edges are slightly scuffed and has a crease where it has been folded width-ways. Contents in fair condition, newspaper clipping is creased and discoloured but still legible, stickers are discoloured but still legible, could theoretically still be used. Envelope Unsuitable for handling, contents are fine to be handled.
