Object Desc SEE NOTES FOR INFO. White, PVC vest. 4 blue lights attached (2 on either side). Activated by a draw cord on left breast. Made by JELTEK, Scotland. Lights are marked "SPARTO" "Made in England". Wiring for the lights is attatched to the inside lining.
