Summary Fair

Assessor Troy Lee Wibberley

Notes Envelope shows definite signs of age, with creasing along the edges, discolouration and grime. Envelope is thus very fragile, not suitable for handling. Letter itself is in reasonable condition, pages are only slightly discoloured, small tear present at the top of the first page, pencil writing has faded somewhat but is still legible. Fortunately a translation of the letter has been provided by Mary Pearson.
